Why your Google looks different from Google in the USA
Google personalizes results by country, language and device. Searching from Cairo, London or Dubai returns a different page than the same query returns in the United States — different rankings, different ads, different SERP features. Adding &gl=US to a Google URL does not reliably fix that, because Google still reads your IP address.
